The Head Mount Temperature Transmitter is a compact industrial signal conditioning device designed to convert RTD and thermocouple sensor signals into a standardized 4–20 mA current loop output for reliable transmission to PLC, DCS, SCADA, and process control systems. Installed directly inside the sensor’s terminal head, the transmitter converts the low-level temperature signal close to the sensing element, significantly reducing electrical noise, voltage drop, and signal degradation that can occur over long cable runs.
