    Description

The Head Mount Temperature Transmitter is a compact industrial signal conditioning device designed to convert RTD and thermocouple sensor signals into a standardized 4–20 mA current loop output for reliable transmission to PLC, DCS, SCADA, and process control systems. Installed directly inside the sensor’s terminal head, the transmitter converts the low-level temperature signal close to the sensing element, significantly reducing electrical noise, voltage drop, and signal degradation that can occur over long cable runs. This improves measurement accuracy and system reliability, especially in electrically noisy industrial environments.
