Description
The K Type Thermocouple Mini Connector is a compact electrical connector designed for the quick, reliable, and error-free connection of K-type thermocouples to temperature indicators, controllers, scanners, data loggers, and measurement instruments. Featuring a miniature flat-pin design, it occupies less panel and cable space than standard thermocouple connectors, making it ideal for handheld probes, laboratory equipment, portable instruments, and compact industrial control systems.
Unlike ordinary electrical connectors that use copper contacts, the Aavad K Type Mini Connector is manufactured with true K-type thermocouple alloy contacts (Nickel-Chromium and Nickel-Aluminium alloy) to maintain thermoelectric accuracy and minimize additional measurement errors at the connector junction.

FAQs
1. What is a K Type Thermocouple Mini Connector?
A K Type Thermocouple Mini Connector is a compact plug-and-socket connector designed to connect K-Type thermocouple sensors to temperature controllers, indicators, data loggers, and other temperature measuring instruments while maintaining accurate thermocouple signal transmission.
2. Why does a Thermocouple Connector use Thermocouple Alloy Contacts instead of Copper?
Thermocouple connectors use matching thermocouple alloy contacts because using copper contacts would create additional thermoelectric junctions, which can introduce measurement errors and reduce temperature measurement accuracy.
3. What is the advantage of a Mini Thermocouple Connector?
Mini Thermocouple Connectors are compact, lightweight, and space-saving, making them ideal for handheld thermocouple probes, laboratory instruments, portable temperature measuring devices, OEM equipment, and compact industrial applications.
4. What is the purpose of the Polarized Flat-Pin Design?
The polarized flat-pin design allows the connector to be inserted in only one orientation, preventing reverse polarity, incorrect wiring, and installation errors while ensuring reliable and accurate thermocouple signal transmission.
