    Description

    Stick On Surface Temperature Thermocouple  K-Type Surface Thermocouple (Model AKES-6×50) is designed for permanent surface temperature measurement on industrial equipment where long-term thermal contact and mechanical stability are essential. The sensor uses a 50 × 50 × 3 mm SS310 weld pad that is permanently welded to the equipment surface, providing reliable heat transfer and consistent temperature measurement throughout continuous operation.

    The K-Type simplex thermocouple measures temperatures from 0°C to +400°C and is suitable for monitoring the surface temperature of furnace tubes, boilers, process piping, heaters, and pressure vessels. Unlike adhesive-mounted or clamped surface sensors, the welded construction maintains secure contact during vibration, thermal cycling, and prolonged high-temperature service.

    The SS310 construction offers excellent resistance to elevated temperatures and oxidation, while the 5-meter fiberglass insulated stainless steel braided cable provides durability in demanding industrial environments. The sensor is commonly used in power plants, refineries, petrochemical facilities, and process industries where dependable surface temperature monitoring supports equipment protection and process control.
