An NVR (No-Volt Relay) Panel by Aavad Instrument Pvt. Ltd. is an industrial power-safety and switching control panel engineered to automatically isolate connected equipment during grid power failure, phase loss, over-voltage, or under-voltage conditions. Operating with an integrated no-volt relay coupled with contactors, MCBs, Surge Protection Devices (SPD), and Auto/Manual selector switches, the panel trips the incoming power supply immediately upon fault detection. To ensure absolute operational safety, the relay latches in the OFF position and will not allow connected inverters, motors, or machinery to restart automatically until healthy, balanced power is restored.

Description
The Aavad Instrument NVR (No-Volt Relay) Panel provides essential electrical protection for 3-phase systems, solar installations, and heavy-duty industrial loads. Capable of handling current loads up to 800A across customized kWp solar power plant capacities, this panel continuously monitors phase stability and incoming voltage levels. Equipped with branded switchgear—including high-end contactors, miniature circuit breakers (MCBs), Surge Protection Devices (SPD), and an Auto/Manual selector switch—the panel executes immediate electrical disconnection during single-phasing, over-voltage, or under-voltage anomalies.
At the heart of the enclosure is a specialized no-volt relay designed to trip the circuit open whenever power drops. The relay maintains a strict lock-out state, refusing to reset or energize connected inverters, UPS units, or motor drives until all three phases are verified healthy.
Every NVR panel is housed inside a precision-engineered CRCA sheet metal enclosure processed through an intensive 7-tank chemical pretreatment line for derusting and phosphating before being finished in custom powder coating shades. Engineered with a 45-degree flange profile and jointless sealing gaskets, the panel delivers IP54 protection for indoor control centers and IP65 certified protection for harsh outdoor solar environments, keeping internal components fully sealed from water, dust, and pests. Supplied with heavy-duty wall-mounting clamps, a practical cable entry layout, and an internal wiring plan pocket, the unit offers clean installation and low maintenance.
