    Description

    The Aavad Instrument Trivector Meter (TVM) Panel combines robust LT power distribution hardware with high-accuracy energy measurement. Capable of handling operating currents ranging from 100A up to 6300A, this panel is engineered to withstand severe electrical stress, featuring a short-circuit fault capacity rated from 65kA to 80kA. Designed for versatility across 230V single-phase and 415V three-phase, 50Hz electrical systems, the unit continuously measures kW, kVAr, kVA, and total energy consumption to support real-time monitoring of plant power quality and electrical performance.

    Each floor-mounted cubicle is fabricated from precision laser-cut CRCA steel sheet. To prevent rust and chemical degradation in harsh industrial atmospheres, the metal frame undergoes an intensive 7-tank pretreatment process, including degreasing, derusting, phosphating, and water rinsing, before receiving a durable powder-coated finish.

    For internal safety, the panel houses high-conductivity busbars with uniform cross-sections supported by high-dielectric SMC and DMC bases, alongside a continuous grounding busbar running the entire length of the structure.

    Engineered to perform in demanding ambient conditions of up to 45°C temperature, 80% humidity, and high-dust industrial environments, these TVM panels are available in IP54 configurations for indoor utility rooms and IP65 weather-resistant enclosures for outdoor substations.
