    Description

    PTFE Coated Duplex PT100 RTD Sensor (Model APED-12×75) is designed for accurate temperature measurement in corrosive industrial environments where both chemical resistance and measurement reliability are essential. The sensor features a bonded PTFE (Teflon) coating over an SS316 sheath, providing excellent protection against acids, alkalis, and aggressive process chemicals while maintaining efficient heat transfer.

    The duplex PT100 (3+3 wire) configuration allows two independent sensing elements within a single probe, making it suitable for redundant measurement, backup instrumentation, or simultaneous connection to two control systems. With Class A accuracy and an operating temperature range of -50°C to +200°C, this sensor is ideal for applications where precision and reliability are critical.

    The 12 mm probe diameter offers added mechanical strength for demanding process environments, while the TF/TF/SS braided cable provides resistance to heat, abrasion, and industrial wear. Aavad also offers customization of probe dimensions, cable lengths, PTFE coating thickness, and process connections to meet specific application requirements.
