There is a shortage of water all over the city. Despite this, water is drawn by placing a direct motor on the water connection while distributing water to different areas around the city. As a result, the surrounding area has to get water from low pressure. As a result, people getting water from low pressure complain to the municipal authorities about the water pressure. It is illegal to draw water by placing a direct motor on the water line. As a result, low pressure contamination occurs in the surrounding area. Therefore, the Vadodara Municipal Corporation has activated a motor squad. In which, if they are caught drawing water from a direct motor on the water connection during water distribution, punitive action will be taken against them, according to the executive engineer of the municipality.
