Description
The Duplex K-Type Thermocouple with Adjustable BSP Thread is designed for reliable temperature measurement in industrial processes where accurate sensing, adjustable immersion depth, and redundant temperature monitoring are required. It features two independent K-Type (Chromel-Alumel) thermocouple elements housed within a durable SS316 stainless steel sheath, allowing one sensing element to be used for process control while the second can serve as a backup, alarm, or independent monitoring channel.
The sensor is equipped with an adjustable 1/2″ BSP threaded process connection, enabling installers to precisely set the insertion depth during installation without modifying the process equipment. This makes it suitable for pipelines, tanks, reactors, boilers, furnaces, heat exchangers, and other industrial systems where installation flexibility is important. Operating over a temperature range of 0°C to +600°C, the K-Type sensing element offers fast response, good oxidation resistance, and dependable performance in demanding industrial environments.
Supplied with a Teflon-insulated extension cable, this thermocouple provides reliable signal transmission from the sensing point to temperature controllers, PLCs, DCS systems, or monitoring instruments.
