The Clamp-On PT100 RTD Sensor is a non-invasive surface temperature sensor designed for accurate monitoring of pipes, tubes, vessels, and process equipment without drilling, welding, or penetrating the process line. Using a robust SS316 worm-gear clamp, the sensor securely mounts around 1-inch pipes, providing reliable thermal contact while allowing quick installation, repositioning, and removal. This design enables temperature measurement on operating systems without affecting process integrity or creating potential leak paths.

Equipped with a PT100 3-wire RTD sensing element, the sensor delivers high measurement accuracy and excellent long-term stability over a temperature range of up to 400°C. The 3-wire configuration compensates for lead resistance, improving measurement accuracy in industrial installations. A stainless steel braided protective shield enhances mechanical durability and protects the cable and sensing assembly from heat, abrasion, and harsh industrial environments. The sensor is suitable for both insulated and non-insulated pipelines, making it a versatile solution for maintenance, energy monitoring, and process control.
