Description
PT100 Temperature Sensor (Model APFS-S) is a flameproof industrial RTD designed for accurate and reliable temperature measurement in hazardous process environments. Equipped with a Simplex Class A PT100 sensing element, a 350 mm SS316 stainless steel probe, and a rugged IP67 flameproof die-cast aluminium terminal head, this sensor provides dependable temperature monitoring across an operating range of -50°C to +400°C. The 350 mm probe length offers a practical solution for installations where standard short or long RTDs are unsuitable, making it ideal for pipelines, process vessels, reactors, and industrial equipment requiring a mid-length insertion depth.
Designed for continuous operation in demanding industrial conditions, the APFS-S provides stable performance in applications exposed to mechanical vibration, thermal cycling, and harsh process environments. Available with 2-wire, 3-wire, or 4-wire configurations, the sensor integrates with compatible temperature transmitters, PLCs, DCS, SCADA systems, controllers, and industrial automation platforms.
