    Description

    Quick Response K-Type Thermocouple (QRT) is designed for rapid and reliable temperature measurement in industrial processes where fast thermal response is essential for accurate process control. Manufactured using Chromel-Alumel (K-Type) thermoelements enclosed within a mineral insulated SS310 sheath, the sensor combines compacted magnesium oxide (MgO) insulation with a durable metal sheath to provide excellent heat transfer, electrical insulation, and mechanical protection. This construction reduces thermal lag, allowing the thermocouple to respond quickly to changing process temperatures while maintaining long-term stability in demanding industrial environments.

    The sensor features an adjustable 1/2″ BSP male process connection, enabling installers to easily adjust the immersion depth during installation without requiring a custom probe length. The 800 mm probe length offers an ideal balance between compact and extended insertion depths, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial equipment including furnaces, kilns, ovens, reactors, tanks, pipelines, and heat treatment systems.
