Right Angle K-Type Thermocouple with Omega Connector (Model AKES-6×150) is designed for reliable temperature measurement in industrial equipment where a 90-degree probe configuration simplifies installation in confined spaces or angled process connections. Unlike high-temperature molten metal immersion thermocouples, this model is intended for medium-temperature applications up to 600°C, making it suitable for heat treatment systems, salt bath furnaces, metal processing equipment, and general industrial heating.
The sensor features a Simplex K-Type thermocouple housed in a durable SS316 sheath, providing dependable performance and corrosion resistance in industrial environments. Its Omega-type connector enables quick installation and field replacement, reducing maintenance time and simplifying servicing.
With an FG/FG/SS insulated cable, the thermocouple is protected against heat and mechanical wear while remaining compatible with thermocouple indicators, temperature controllers, PLCs, and industrial monitoring systems.
