Description
The Thrust Bearing PT100 RTD Sensor is an ultra-compact temperature sensor developed for accurate monitoring of thrust bearings, shafts, and other space-constrained industrial components. Featuring a PT100 Class A sensing element, 3-wire configuration, and a 3 mm diameter × 20 mm probe, it delivers precise temperature measurement while fitting into locations where standard bearing sensors are too large. Its miniature, low-mass construction enables rapid heat transfer to the sensing element, allowing faster detection of abnormal temperature rises that can indicate bearing wear or lubrication issues.
Manufactured with an SS316 stainless steel sheath and a durable Teflon/Teflon/SS armored cable, the sensor operates reliably over a temperature range of -50°C to +400°C. The compact design ensures secure installation without interfering with moving components, making it particularly suitable for critical rotating equipment where installation space is limited.
