Description
Exhaust Gas K-Type Thermocouple (Model AKES-6×75) is designed for accurate monitoring of exhaust gas temperatures in diesel engines, gas engines, turbines, generators, marine engines, and industrial exhaust systems. Built with a Simplex K-Type thermocouple, SS316 stainless steel sheath, and a small Omega-type connector, it provides reliable performance in high-temperature, vibration-prone environments.
With a measuring range of 0°C to +600°C, the sensor delivers fast thermal response for monitoring rapidly changing exhaust temperatures, helping improve engine efficiency, emissions control, and equipment protection. The compact design and quick-connect Omega connector simplify installation and replacement during maintenance.
The thermocouple is supplied with an FG/FG/SS insulated cable for improved heat and mechanical resistance and can be customized with different probe lengths, process connections, cable lengths, and mounting styles to meet specific application requirements.
