Description
The Aavad RTD Sensor with Mini Head (Model APMS) is a high-precision PT100 RTD temperature sensor engineered for accurate and reliable industrial temperature measurement in applications where installation space is limited. Designed with a compact miniature terminal head, 3 mm SS316 stainless steel sheath, and a fixed 1/2″ BSP(M) process connection, this Resistance Temperature Detector (RTD) is ideal for OEM machinery, control panels, process skids, HVAC systems, laboratory equipment, and compact industrial installations. Equipped with a Class A PT100 sensing element compliant with IEC 60751, it provides exceptional measurement accuracy of ±(0.15 + 0.002|t|)°C across a -50°C to +250°C operating range, ensuring stable and repeatable temperature monitoring for critical industrial processes.
Manufactured by Aavad Instrument, a trusted RTD sensor manufacturer in India, the Model APMS is built using a corrosion-resistant SS316 sheath and a nickel-plated ceramic terminal block for long-term durability, reliable signal transmission, and superior resistance to vibration, moisture, and thermal cycling. The sensor can be customized with different insertion lengths, wiring configurations (2-wire, 3-wire, or 4-wire), and process connections to suit specific application requirements. Compatible with PLCs, DCS, SCADA systems, temperature transmitters, and industrial controllers, this compact PT100 temperature sensor delivers dependable performance in process automation, machine building, pharmaceutical, food processing, chemical, power generation, and manufacturing industries.
