Description
N-Type Thermocouple is a premium industrial temperature sensor designed for continuous high-temperature applications where long-term measurement stability, excellent oxidation resistance, and minimal sensor drift are critical. Constructed using Nicrosil (positive) and Nisil (negative) thermoelements, the N-Type Thermocouple is engineered to provide superior performance compared to conventional K-Type thermocouples during prolonged exposure to elevated temperatures.
Unlike standard K-Type sensors, the N-Type Thermocouple offers significantly improved resistance to oxidation, contamination, and thermoelectric drift. This results in more stable and repeatable temperature measurements over extended operating periods, making it an excellent choice for industries requiring consistent process control and reduced recalibration frequency.
The Model ANIS incorporates a heavy-duty 22 mm Inconel 601 protection sheath, providing exceptional resistance to oxidation, carburization, and high-temperature corrosion. Combined with an Italian-style die-cast aluminium terminal head featuring IP67 protection, this thermocouple is built to withstand demanding industrial environments while protecting electrical connections against dust and moisture.
With a temperature measurement capability of up to 1200°C, the ANIS thermocouple is ideally suited for industrial furnaces, kilns, heat treatment plants, power generation systems, petrochemical processing, metallurgy, ceramic manufacturing, and other continuous high-temperature processes.
