Description
T-Type Thermocouple is a high-accuracy temperature sensor engineered for reliable measurement in low-temperature, sub-zero, and cryogenic applications. Manufactured using Copper (positive) and Constantan (negative) conductors, this thermocouple provides exceptional measurement stability, repeatability, and sensitivity across temperatures ranging from 0°C to +350°C, making it the preferred choice wherever conventional thermocouples struggle to deliver accurate readings.
Unlike many other base-metal thermocouples, the T-Type Thermocouple performs exceptionally well in moisture-rich and low-temperature environments. Its high thermoelectric sensitivity of approximately 43 µV/°C generates stronger output signals, resulting in improved measurement accuracy and reduced signal noise, especially during cryogenic temperature monitoring.
The Model ATIS features a durable SS316 stainless steel protection sheath with an 8 mm outer diameter and 850 mm insertion length, ensuring excellent resistance to corrosion, oxidation, and harsh industrial environments. A rugged IP67-rated die-cast aluminium terminal head protects electrical connections from dust and water ingress, making the sensor suitable for demanding industrial installations as well as laboratory environments.
