    Description

    The Bi-Metal Temperature Gauge is a fully mechanical temperature measuring instrument designed to provide accurate and reliable local temperature indication without requiring electrical power, batteries, capillary tubes, or liquid-filled systems. It operates using a bi-metallic strip formed by bonding two metals with different coefficients of thermal expansion. As the process temperature changes, the strip bends in proportion to the temperature variation, mechanically driving the pointer across the dial for direct temperature indication. This simple operating principle makes bi-metal temperature gauges highly reliable, maintenance-free, and suitable for continuous industrial service.
