Description
Push-In RTD Temperature Sensor (Model APMS-6×150) is a compact PT100 RTD temperature probe designed for fast, thread-free installation into compatible compression fittings, glands, and pre-designed sensor ports. Featuring a Simplex PT100 Class B sensing element, 6 mm OD × 150 mm SS316 stainless steel sheath, and a compact miniature protection head, this push-in temperature sensor provides reliable and repeatable temperature measurement across a wide operating range of -50°C to +400°C. Its non-threaded probe design eliminates direct thread engagement on the sensor, making it a practical solution for HVAC systems, refrigeration equipment, industrial furnaces, laboratory apparatus, ducts, small vessels, and equipment requiring convenient sensor installation or removal.
Designed for flexible industrial temperature measurement, the Model APMS-6×150 can be mounted using a suitably selected compression fitting or gland, allowing the probe position and insertion depth to be configured according to the installation. The corrosion-resistant SS316 sheath provides durability in compatible liquid and gas applications, while the miniature terminal head minimizes the overall installation footprint in space-constrained equipment. Manufactured by Aavad Instrument, this push-in PT100 RTD sensor is available with different probe lengths and sheath diameters to suit OEM machinery, HVAC and refrigeration systems, laboratory equipment, industrial process monitoring, and applications requiring a compact and easily serviceable temperature probe.
